Inductive and capacitive based conductivity probe systems for use with BrightLogic dishwash dosing. (D1, D2, IP). With these probe systems is a dispensor able to dose detergent in a conductivity mode.
Product Information
We offer two different probe systems for the BrightLogic range.
Inductive and capacitive based conductivity probe systems for use with BrightLogic dishwash dosing (D1, D2, IP).
Inductive conductivity probes read chemical concentration levels by running a magnetic field from two charged coils that are encapsulated in PVC.
This probe is not affected by scaling caused by hard water minerals. They are consistently precise, can measure a high conductivity level and have an integrated temperature sensor.
An alarm can be set, to stop the pump running if the concentration cannot be reached in a set period of time. This probe has a range of 0-250mS with a 10uS response. The tank temperature can be displayed on BrightLogic units due to a built in thermistor.
Capacitive (coupled) conductivity probes consist of electrodes which are in direct contact with the solution. Conductivity measured between these elements is directly proportionate to the solution concentration. This probe has a range of 0 - 8.5mS
It is rugged and low cost, but requires periodic cleaning to maintain its accuracy.
All BrightLogic dishwash dosing systems can be set with a conductivity probe (Inductive or capacitive) quickly and efficiently.
Each probe is supplied in kit form with pre-installed connectors, cable gland and a buzzer.
